Good Grief Seminar: This 3-hour educational seminar is for anyone dealing with the transition of death, chronic or terminal illness, trauma, divorce, job loss, career change, retirement, and/or relocation. It is an informal classroom-style lecture with handouts, and time for questions and answers. It is not a support group, and participants will not be asked to share.

Topics: Factors Affecting Grief, Normal Grief Reactions, Phases of Grief, Four Tasks of Mourning, Successful Resolution of Grief, When to Seek Professional Help, Holidays and Grief. Handouts available on Children, Teenagers, and Grief.

Seminar Fee: $20 covers registration and handouts. Fee may be waived for special circumstances.

Additional dates will be available in the future. This seminar can be brought on-site to a business, agency, or organization.
