This division’s goal is to help to promote and enhance a favorable business climate, to serve as a voice in the halls of local and state government and to take proactive stances on policy issues, regulations and ordinances.

This division oversees administrative and financial planning procedures and policies of the Chamber, provides guidance in the administration of staff duties, manages facilities and equipment and helps to handle dues and retention efforts.
