Fellows in Education Graduation

Congratulations to the 2025-26 Fellows in Education Class on their completion of this years program. The FIE group of community-minded individuals enjoyed their graduation luncheon on Tuesday, May 12 at the McClenaghan Adult & Community Education building. The lunch was sponsored by Duke Energy.

The class of 30 civic and business leaders shared Florence 1 Schools experiences over the last 10 months, experiencing a behind the scenes look at many area F1S schools. It was a wonderful opportunity to see firsthand the passion and commitment our local educators and students share and experience each school day.

Fellows In Education is a joint community program managed in partnership with Florence 1 Schools, the School Foundation and the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce.
