May Proclaimed as Small Business Month by Chamber of Commerce & City of Florence

The City of Florence along with the Florence Chamber, officially proclaimed May as Small Business Month in Florence during the City Council meeting on May 11, 2026, through Resolution No. 2026-21. The Chamber was joined by David Fountain of The UPS Store representing the Voice of Small Business Committee.

The Greater Florence Chamber is proud to partner with the City in recognizing the small businesses that help drive our local economy, create jobs, and make our community stronger every day. We encourage everyone to shop local, support local, and celebrate the entrepreneurs who help Florence thrive.
