PLC Commercial is seeking a resourceful, self-directed Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Florence, SC.

This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn real-time deal activity into impactful marketing across digital, social, and community platforms.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage social media and content marketing
• Maintain website listings and digital assets
• Coordinate marketing for properties, events, and community outreach
• Support Crexi listings, CRM management, and email campaigns
• Help expand PLC Commercial’s presence across the Pee Dee Region

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with social media, Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe, and AI tools like ChatGPT
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus
