More New Homes To Be Built in Florence County

According to the Post & Courier Pee Dee, last week the Florence’s planning commission approved the ability to add 85 single family homes to the Wild Bird Run subdivision located just off of Alligator Road.

Each lot will be about 4,500 square feet with 50-foot width. The developer, Magnolia Lakes Developers, LLC, will also put in water and sewer, and the streets will be built to city standards.
